Dear lord do I love these dumplings. You even get to see the workers making them through the window. Bar seating is first come first serve- great for a small group. Otherwise, you will have a long table wait. But it's worth it! Try the spicy dumplings and rice cakes, but skip the noodles. (Walk from the University of Washington Light Rail station or take a cab)
