I love all of their wines, but their Sangiovese is my favorite of all wines in North Carolina. Raffaldini doesn't allow anyone under 21, so if you are a Family staying at Bramabella, you are better served heading straight for Piccione right next door.

One of the newer Italian wineries on the scene - it is very close to Raffaldini, Piccione, and Sotrio so you can have an Italian-wine-tour 20 minutes from Bramabella.

They are a host to more than 60 different types of naturally occurring gems and minerals, a treasure trove of gemstones can be found at the gem mine! They have an abundance of world class smoky and clear quartz crystals as well. Hiddenite being the 4th rarest gemstone in the world, can only be found in this small town of Hiddenite, North Carolina.

Cub Creek Park is an excellent place for mountain-biking, hiking, trout fishing and pickleball/tennis as well as a great place to take the kids with the new playground added. It was just recently included as part of the 'Mountain Heritage Trout Waters' in the state of North Carolina and is hatchery supported. So in layman's term - it is a great place to fish and hang with the Family. Plus, it is only a 10 minute drive from Bramabella!
