Local regency town full of a wide selection of local shops and cafés, take a walk through “The Byes” from Sidford, or walk round to Jacobs Ladder and through Connaught Gardens. The popular Folk Festival is enjoyed by many in the summer.

Local regency town full of a wide selection of local shops and cafés, take a walk through “The Byes” from Sidford, or walk round to Jacobs Ladder and through Connaught Gardens. The popular Folk Festival is enjoyed by many in the summer.
The town of Seaton provides a large pebble beach and promenade perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Great food from The Hideaway cafe or Fish and Chips from Seaton Fish Bar. Just outside of Seaton into Axmouth you will find The Ship Inn which always delivers on great food. For those feeling energetic the ParkRun takes place on the seafront every Saturday morning.

Market town with street market held every Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. A treasure trove of shops for antique lovers and more as well a number of cafes such as Toast to choose from. Heading out of town you won’t be disappointed with lunch at either The Kitchen at Combe Garden Centre, or at Otter Valley Dairy where they also make their own award winning gelato ice cream.
