A 5 minute walk from our home towards Hove seafront.
Children can feed the squirrels and there is a Koy Karp fishpond close to the tennis courts, behind the cafe. Cafe is nice and not expensive.

There is secluded garden at the rear of the restaurant, which is a real sun trap on a sunny day. It is open every day (weather permitting) until 7pm at night.

A brilliant fish and chip and seafood restaurant. So good the Chinese frequent it often. Good pricing too and large portions. One of my favorites.

I have been going to this restaurant for years and still love it.
A glass restaurant on the seafront overlook the West Pier and i360 viewing tower. Good for just a drink with a view or a full meal too.

North Laines is more bohemian with vintage shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, other clothes shops, cinema, live music etc. Well worth a visit.
The Laines are more touristy and full or jewelry shops, clothes shops, restaurants, pubs.

Lovely old theatre - worth a visit if you like the cinema as part of your visit. A 10 minute walk down hill on Chatham Place towards Preston Circus - the cinema is at the bottom on the opposite side of the road, next to the fire station. You can't miss it, it has a pair of striped stocking legs sticking out of the roof top.
