A museum, interesting for adults and children. Shows and tells the story on how locals lived when the area was still built of wooden buildings, this is one of the few that remains. Open only in the summer and on selected days outside the summer season.

Kaisaniemi Botanic Garden serves as a nearby location for a peaceful stroll, free entrance for the outside gardens. On a cold winter day a ticket to tropical rooms is worth it, and lets you breathe in some warm air and dream about the summer.
