By far the least expensive full-service large grocery store on the entire island!! Popular carries many foreign brands, and has a high turnover so the food is most always fresh. Get there early or be prepared to wait in extra-long lines! Worth it for the savings, though!

Try one of Mr. Richard's rum punches...best on the island! Also here is Charles Watersports!
