Enjoy the scenery, the history and the river - in it, on it or just looking at it. Stoke Gabriel is a little gem and we love it!

Sightseeing
The historical fishing port of Brixham is well worth a visit. Lovely harbourside restaurants, busy high street and boat trips across the bay to Torquay. Walk right from one end of the harbourside right around to the Breakwater - lovely views. Excellent for fish and chips!

Dartmouth is full of art galleries, eateries and nice shops! Walk along to Dartmouth Castle, catch the ferry across to Kingswear, go crabbing. A good day out.

Totnes has a lovely high street with lots of independent retailers, many many coffee shops, market on Friday and Saturdays, even a Castle. What's not to like?

Torquay offers a good day out to stroll along the prom, eat around the harbourside in the many restaurants, shop in the busy high street or swim in the sea at Torre Abbey Sands.

Lovely family beach, cafes , water sports, large car park. Walk across the golf course to Elberry Cove, a much quieter spot perfect for an evening swim
