While there are many, many coffeeshops closer to the Guest suite and all are amazing - Cathedral is a unique and large space for remote work or gathering with friends.

Just on the other side of the St Johns bridge is trail access to the sprawling Forest Park. Walk over the bridge to get the best views and photos, although there are a few parking spots tucked on the side of bridge Ave. This hike is moderate - it has a steep incline to start and can get very muddy during the rainy season.

Walk over the bridge to get the best views and photos, although there are a few parking spots tucked on the side of bridge Ave. This hike is moderate - it has a steep incline to start and can get very muddy during the rainy season.
Dog heaven, this very large set of fields is fully fenced and often not too crowded.
Pet owners should be aware that this is a very large dog park with a lot of other unleashed dogs. If your dogs recall isn't perfect they can get pretty far away from you pretty quickly.
