Must be 25+ years old to book; person booking must be a guest staying; no 3rd party booking. Guests over 21 must fill out additional guest contact info-Last name, First name, email & mobile number. Outside music must be turned down by 10PM; Inside noise should not be heard in neighbor's home. All guests must be courteous and respectful of neighbors. Please do not block driveways. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room or outside patio. Report any damages/breakages in a timely manner. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Use of Fireplace prohibited. NO hair dye products allowed.
