My all-time favorite Italian place. CASH ONLY. BRING YOUR OWN WINE. Family owned and everything is home-made. Great place, long waits so be prepared.

Our favorite hiking trail and the closest one to the house. The trail is 4 miles long and is not as strenuous as other trails. You can go all the way or cut it short at the first peak and turn around. It has great views of some of North Scottsdale's most iconic homes, golf courses and mountain scenery. After hiking go to The General Store for breakfast. It's only known by locals, is located inside an old Texaco Gas Station. The breakfast is very good.

The iconic Camelback Mountain is by far the most popular hiking trail in town. To get to the top is not easy though and only for avid hikers or if you're conditioned for strenuous hikes. However, the hike to the first "peak" is not that difficult and many guest are satisfied with that. If you are able to make it to the top the views and serenity is like no other. Take plenty of water and watch out of rattlesnakes.
