Quite open, with grass and some places in the shade. You'll also find art allusive to ovos moles and a statue alluding to Maria da Fonte, on the water. With a bit of luck you'll see also ducks and seagulls dotting the water.
This tongue of the channel culminates at the old ceramics factory.

A beautiful and fun walk to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, with your family or as a couple. It has lots of flora species and you can still see turtles and little fish in the lake. Also look for the aerial bridge which gives you a super different perspective 👌☀️

An instagrammable hop, the Aveiro Train Station is adorned with a set of tile panels from the Fábrica da Fonte Nova (1916), with regional motifs. This is a charming building, full of natural light, which presents an important collection of outdoor tiles in Aveiro.
