Lots of tourists are attracted to Pigeon Forge each year because of the abundance of activities to do with the main one being Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country.

Gay street in downtown Knoxville is a nice attraction that features lots of shops and restaurants that include bowling and a few nightclubs. Market Square always makes for a fun night.

Dandridge is the second oldest town in Tennessee founded in 1783. Visit downtown and see the old Roper Mansion with all of its antiques. The downtown historic County Courthouse is also a popular attraction. It was built in 1845 and has a lot of historical items throughout the building.

A little drive past Gatlinburg but it is worth it. Lots of breathtaking views of the Smokies and almost assuredly you will see the many wildlife it contains such as bears, elk, and deer. Not to mention the land. It’s beautiful!

The park has 17 different hiking trails covering more than 30 miles of terrain at all levels of difficulty. Hikers can enjoy magnificent views of Cherokee Lake and the Cumberland Mountains from Point Lookout Trail reaching 1,460 feet above sea level. There are also more than 15 miles of mountain biking trails that range from easy to difficult.
