Take the free ferry from central station to Loetje, famous for their steaks, but their sticky toffee cake is also truly awesome! Especially during sunset this is a nice place to hang out before dinner

Great, small restaurant (please make reservations). They serve quality food and wines and have a very friendly staff. They do not have a website, phone number is 020 – 422 7880.

We have not been here before but have heard it's a very nice bar, they serve great wines and all kinds of sausages. (Worst means sausage in Dutch).

Are you a meat lover? Then you should visit Cannibale Royale, they serve great burgers, steaks, ribs etc. Kitchen is open till at least midnight which is a plus for the night owls.

Please, please, please visit Winkel 43 and try their apple pie! It's known to be the best apple pie in Amsterdam, especially during sunny weekends people will line up to get their hands on a piece.

In case you have a bit more money to spend we recommend you to have lunch or dinner at this beautiful Michelin star restaurant. You won't be dissapointed :)

During every season Guts & Glory changes their menu, which is centered around one particular kind of protein (beef, pork, chicken or fish). Very creative and tasty!

At this Michelinstar restaurant I've had one of the best lunches ever! Make sure to ask for a table upstairs and not in their downstairs streetfood restaurant (which I was not too impressed with).
