Yummy breakfast/brunch spot and only a 2 minute walk away! It's a popular spot for screenwriters and movie industry people. Coffee is from Intelligentsia and outdoor patio seating is always the best.

Casbah is my favorite tea place in all of the Eastside. They don't care if you work on your laptop for hours while drinking only 1 pot of amazing Sencha tea. Lovely tables under ivy awnings too!
