Though ruins, the cathedral continues to be a place to visit by many. In the Summer, you can explore the tunnels. In Winter you can hear about the mysterious ghost stories that haunt the ruins.

Home to the schools of Psychology & Neuroscience, Divinity and Philosophy. A beautiful quad that in my opinion, is the most stunning out of the quads that home the University buildings. (I'm also a little biased given its my school!)

Food Scene
In my opinion, the best out of the two fish & chip restaurants along Market St. Perfect for taking out and sitting along the beach.
Just watch out for the seagulls!!

In addition to the marvelous cocktails and food, Forgans offers two ceilidh nights per week. If you visit Scotland, a ceilidh is an absolute must and is a popular event for students and locals alike.

Fastest and cheapest is on foot.
Unless you're going out to Cupar or Eli, on foot is the quickest route. Everything in the town is on three streets and everything else is within 20minutes.

If you get a return dayticket to Dundee, it is cheaper than two singles or a train ticket. If you're a student, bring your student card or your Young Scot and prices will be lower.

Once a month the market stalls come out on Market St. Unfortunately COVID has limited these events but they do still pop up every so often.

Good cheap restaurants
Mozza does excellent pizza, Con Panna is a brilliant brunch place. Gorgeous cafe is also great for cakes and coffee. Rector's Cafe, Munch and Brew Co are also worth a visit.

Arriving from Leuchars
Getting the 99A/B/C or the 42 bus to St Andrews Bus Station is the easiest and quickest way to the town. Costs £4.50.
