The most recommended brewery by locals! They have a great selection of beer, awesome service, indoor/outdoor seating, and as the schedule permits live music and food trucks. Check out all of their great reviews online if you want to make extra sure you will have a good time!

This place is amazing and has something for everyone! Beautiful grounds, a Japanese garden, and a petting zoo are just a few things Maymont has to offer. So put on your comfortable walking shoes and maybe take some snacks water or picnic and have a great day!

You can't go wrong with visiting George Washington's boyhood home. There are a ton of other attractions to check out while you are in Fredericksburg! Just 35 minutes away.

George Washington Birthplace National Monument
Adults and kids alike love this place! There is a historic home to tour, visitor center, and animals. Vehicle Required
This area is between the cities of Fredericksburg and Richmond VA. Public transportation is not a feasible way to get around. Luckily most places have more than enough parking. If heading into Washington DC for the day, you might want to consider using the VRE out of Spotsylvania or Fredericksburg (most have plentiful free parking).
