Lovingly referred to as "The Peanut Pool" due to it's peanut-shape, this wading pool located in Vernon's East Hill neighbourhood is great for toddlers. There is a large playground, field and baseball diamonds attached to this park as well.

One of my most favorite beaches (and everyone else's too). Arrive early to get your spot on the sand or on the dock. This is the place to be and be seen on a summer's day in the Okanagan. This beach is VERY popular and for good reason - Kalamalka Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world with it's bright bluey-green hues.

This beach is VERY popular and for good reason - Kalamalka Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world with it's bright bluey-green hues.
Jade and Juniper twin bays are a great choice to swim on Kalamalka Lake especially if you want somewhere less crowded than Kal Beach. There is a paved trail with a bit of an incline going in to the park.
