You can't beat the view at this place! I actually saw a whale in the section of water the restaurant looks out on. I like this place best at happy hour. Great fish tacos and Kobe beef burgers at a good price, great seafood for a price. Dine in or outside. Drinks are reliably good.

Dang their morning rolls are to die for! Fabulous baked goods and great coffee too. For lunch, try unique sandwiches. Next door are some other interesting food shops to visit. Don't miss this.

OK so this is a restaurant and a fair trade store with stuff from around the world. I was in Istanbul Turkey at a great shop that re-purposed old prayer rugs, and they actually asked me if I knew of this place. Small world, 5 minutes from the bungalow. Food options are totally organic. Speakers and music in the restaurant. Check the schedule.

This park is set at the edge of Budd Inlet and is very close in. There are walking trails, a lovely garden, picnic tables, swings and you can actually walk down to the beach. An easy way to have some free fun for the family.

Another beautiful park with a path to the water. Also, just past the park and to the right, is Boston Harbor. A quaint little marina with excellent chowder that you can get from the general store and eat outside while taking in the local charm.

Yep. This is the hippest hippy store in the land. Great massages in the back too. Everything from healing herbs and crystals to organic makeup, and books on meditation and past lives. GREAT tea mix you can purchase at the massage desk.

It's convenient and its got about everything you'll need, and even more of what you don't (think chocolates and good wine). You might even want to attend one of their cooking or wine tasting classes.

It's convenient and its got about everything you'll need, and even more of what you don't (think chocolates and good wine). You might even want to attend one of their cooking or wine tasting classes.
This is a great little laundromat which I have personally used when I need to wash my big comforters and sleeping bags. Close to where you are and very neat and clean with a postal substation next door. There is an attendant on duty so you can feel pretty safe that you can leave and come back.
