In Chester’s roman gardens you will find the remains of roman columns & the roman heated bath system, there are places to sit & is a pleasant walk between the amphitheatre & Chester’s river Dee alongside the roman walls.

In Chester’s roman gardens you will find the remains of roman columns & the roman heated bath system, there are places to sit & is a pleasant walk between the amphitheatre & Chester’s river Dee alongside the roman walls.
The UKs second most photographed clock after Big Ben, sits atop the East Gate of the historic roman walls, if you are walking along the walls it offers good views of the high street, if you are walking underneath & have a sweet tooth you could grab yourself a fresh doughnut from the kiosk below the East Gate.
