The St. Pete Pier is wonderful, with a very unique playground for kids of all ages, a splash pad and even a beach area all within eyesight of each other. It is great for all families, or couples with a beautiful setting and tasty restaurants in downtown.
If you do plan to go with children, check out the Children's Museum while you're down there.

Safety Harbor is a close by charming beach town, with a fantastic park, Phillippe Park, which has its own beach area. Wonderful views and the downtown features great nightlife and hole in the wall restaurants which are fantastic.

Dunedin has a charming downtown area, with the best ice cream shop around, Strachan's. It is very dog friendly and has a great Farmers Market Friday and Saturday mornings from November to June.

This is one of the few dog friendly beaches in the area, with a dedicated dog beach. It is also home to the ferry that takes you to the very private beach with only water craft access, Caladessi Island.

Hope is alive and well here at Clearwater's Aquarium! This is not only a great place to visit while in the area, but the proceeds go to saving our marine life!

If you are looking for a great way to see much of the beautiful waters we have to offer, as well as catch some yummy fish then this is a great excursion. I have used this company before and highly recommend! They can accommodate groups up to 6 people.
