This place has excellent Mexican food. They are known for their mole. If you go, be prepared to wait in line. There is always a line, which I guess means it's worth the wait. They have another location just a few blocks away called Red Iguana 2.

They do not take cash. The Beehive is my favorite pizza in Salt Lake. The broccoli is so tasty. Sometimes on the weekends and in the summer, they have live music.

Make sure you have a reservation. There is always a wait, even on a Tuesday evening. What they lack in atmosphere they make up in excellent tasting Italian food. This is about a 10 minute drive and it's not near anything of note. But, the food is worth it.

He lives in Salt Lake and ocassionally you'll see him around town. I suggest going early because it can get a little crowded late in the evning.

This road is only open during the summer. You don't need a fourwheel vehicle since most of the road is paved. Excellent views. Might be a good place for a picnic too.
