Schweitzer is the premier ski resort in the Pacific Northwest and offers four season recreation opportunities, and fantastic mountain biking. It also has regular events and activities, outstanding restaurants and bars.
Skiing hours: 9:00am-3:30pm daily (Twighlight Skiing on the Basin Express & Musical Chairs: 3:00-7:00pm select days - see website)
Tubing: Hermit's Hollow Tubing Center just past the Village and Musical Chairs lift. (tickets required)
Nordic Skiing: 9:00am-4:00pm (tickets required)
Snowshoeing: 9:00am-4:00pm (tickets required)
It's a short walk to the Village and they have an overnight ski check option.

Excellent for Apre Ski! Great beer selections and food. They even serve breakfast. We love the pork totchos (like nachos, but better as they are made with tater tots).

The BEST pizza in the region. Our favorites are the Husky Hawaiian, Garbage Can, and Thor's Hammer. The salads are also the bomb. You can even get pizza by the slice. Dine in or take out. Delivery is also available on the mountain for a $5 fee. Call 208-255-5645.
