The beautiful Ise of Anglesey is only 30 minutes away by car. Lighthouses, gorgeous beaches, walking and lots of points of interest. National Trust properties and of course Holyhead Port.

Said to be the Jewel in the North Wales Crown and dubbed the Queen of Welsh Resorts. It has a lovely wide promenade, pier and shopping. Take a trip on the funicular tramway or the cabin lifts in the summer to the summit of The Great Orme.
