Skip the Skydeck at Willis Tower, and go to the Signature Room at the Hancock Building instead. Skip dinner, but wait till it's dark out and grab a few martinis from up in the sky for a great view (and very heavy pours).
Make sure to check out the ladies room, if you can - it has the best view in the city.
