This is a great place to get a muffin, a salad or smoothie and hang out with the locals! While the coffee isn't horrible, I wouldn't recommend it for coffee snobs.

Cajun Kitchen is the locals' favorite spot for breakfast. They have several locations - this is the closest. It's very well priced and casual.

This is my favorite breakfast restaurant in Santa Barbara! Service is slow and sometimes rude, but the food is amazing. Southern Food meets fresh Californian cuisine.

I don't know anything about tours, but the Courthouse is a beautiful, famous, massive, grand building that's the pride of Santa Barbara. It's worth your while to at least drive by it.

Along with the Santa Barbara Courthouse, this is the pride of Santa Barbara. It's located across from the sprawling Rose Garden and is well worth visiting.
