Hands down best restaurant in Vermont! The food is exceptional and the space is so unique and interesting. You definitely have to make reservations, if you cannot get into the Waterbury location, don't fret, there is a larger location in Burlington, well worth the drive!

This little bakery packs a punch with its baked goods, soups, and salads.
Wonderful spot for breakfast and/or lunch.
