Walk down the street from the Casita and enter the hiking trails. You can walk as close or as far as you want. Its 2.2 miles to the beach! The trails are all marked and maintained. It gets a little wet after a rain, but if you like off road hiking with lots of nature this is your jam. There is a trail up to a secret cave through sandstone cliffs about a mile or so in.
