One of the more wonderful places in the entire region. Boardwalks and educational space throughout unique wetlands. Excellent for small children and strollers or for people without stamina for more difficult walking.

While it is a bit of a hike from Bellaire it might be closer than you have ever been! About 60 miles (1 hour 20 min drive) away, many of our local guests make a day trip of the legendary dunes.
