Always good food and friendly service in the heart of Brooksville. Best cinnamon rolls around. Good atmosphere, great coffee, friendly staff. Be sure to bring cash. They only take cash but it was a treat the way they give you your change.

Went to the Bistro for lunch and it did not disappoint! Food was excellent, ambiance was pleasant and service was good! This restaurant is a staple in downtown Brooksville

Stopped in for lunch. Had the meatball sub with Cajun beef soup and blueberry cobbler for dessert. Service was amazing by Kathy and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Everything is homemade and you can tell. Highly recommend.

Folksy and quaint, this Brooksville gem really hit the spot. After being greeted warmly we were quickly seated, told the specials and given time to peruse the menu. I opted for the Reuben with homemade mustard. The bread was fresh and the portion generous. Accompanied by a heart and refreshing Kidney Bean Salad, it was the perfect lunch. Also enjoyed the Coconut Silk Pie...Whoa!

The Chinsegut property consists of 408 fully fenced acres of land with easy to navigate trails. Maps of the trails are available at all entrances near the information kiosks. Hiking trails are open for the public to enjoy 365 days a year from sunrise to sunset.

Great spot to visit! Smallish beach with a nice playground. The water is shallow at high and low tide, even several yards out. So great for young kids.
