Considered on of the top beaches in Europe. Balos amd Gramvousa lagoon is accessible by boat from the small port in Kissamo (40 min drive). the ferries leave Kissamo port several times a day on the am. and return in early afternoon. you can also arrange to visit via private boat.

Elafonissi is considered one of the best beaches in Europe. the beach is located 1 hour abd 45 minute drive by car. the drive is very scenic and you can stop into a beautiful monastery located a short distance away and in the village of Ellos on the way back fir a drink.

Falassana in one of the best beaches in Chania and not to be missed its 45 minute drive, which is very scenic. there are lots of restaurants by the beach and you can rent sun chairs fir the day!!

Marathi beach is a favourite of locals and located a 20-25 minute drive from the villa. the beach has beautiful water and sunbeds can be rented there. Paterandonis restaurant is one our favourites for seafood and located at Marathi beach.

Seitan Limani is a beautiful cove with pristine water. accessible by either boat from Marathi beach or car (40 minute drive, 10 min hike downhill). this was once al hidden gem and is now a very popular spot. the best time to visit is very early morning before the crowds arrive.
