If you go out of your condo and follow the sidewalk around the pool to the right, then take a right when that dead ends, you are officially in Baytowne Wharf! Its about a 5 minute walk from the condo doors. Tons of restaurants, shops, bars, activities for kids, and lots of events happen in this area! Check the brochure in your condo for a list of the upcoming events happening during your stay.

The resort shuttle is best way to get to the beach.
This shuttle can take you anywhere within the resort you'd like to get to, including the resort's private beach access. The pickup location: Exit the Bahia building through the lobby, cut through the pool area (or walk around) and go through the lobby of the Grand Sandestin building. This is the closest shuttle pickup to the Bahia condos. Be sure to take a shuttle pass out of the welcome basket. You only need one per group boarding the shuttle.

During a stay in the summer, consider a lyft/uber!
Consider taking a lyft or uber if where you are going isn't incredibly far. The fares are generally worth the hassle of finding another parking spot. In the summertime, the parking in the garage is very tight because every unit is rented. Sometimes it is easier to leave your car put and rely on the resort shuttle and ride share services to get around.
