Really great breakfast spot. My favorite is the chicken and waffles, but also have divine pancakes! Usually a wait on the weekends, so I would go early or risk having to wait 45min-1h!

Dive bar right across the street from the building. Drinks are cheap, crowd is usually working professionals after work. Try the chicken quesadilla, very good!
