Tideswell itself is a beautiful village to walk round and explore. The Cathedral of the Peak is a truly stunning church with a fascinating history. Peak Volumes, our second hand and antiquarian bookshop, is a calming place to get lost for hours. High Nelly’s Café does great ice cream. And there are a number of great littles walks to get out into nature.

It is breathtaking. Head up the huge stone steps to the highest peak in Derbyshire, then along the great ridge.
