The Stone Cup is a Lyons staple. Coffee, teas, smoothies, and even cocktails can be found on the drink menu. Simple but locally sourced/organic when possible breakfast and lunch items are offered amongst their fresh baked pastries. Local artists often cover the walls and there is generally live music weekend mornings. Many bicyclists will stop to fuel there as well.

Fork is open for dinner Monday-Sunday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and has brunch service over the weekend from 9:00am-2:00pm. Whatever time you go, be sure to snag an order of their truffle fries.

Great place for easy cocktails and bar fare. The buffalo chicken dip is so simple but so good. The staff is friendly and if Ian is working you'll be sure to have a good time.

Estes Park's local corn whisky distillery. Elkins whisky is 100% Colorado made, meaning every ingredient is sourced from Colorado and is distilled in Estes Park. Great aesthetic, even better drinks and atmosphere. Be sure to ask either Joe or Macshan (the owner and purveyor) for a tour while you're there. Cocktails average $6-8, you get an amazing view, and there's even giant Jenga to play if you still need a reason to go.

Take a ghost tour, wander the grounds yourself, and be sure to stop by the whiskey bar for a different kind of spirit ;)
