You are Culver City adjacent - aka CENTRAL to all of Los Angeles (Westside/Beach to West Hollywood and Downtown LA). Nowhere else in LA can you get to any major part of the city in less than 20 minutes.
Locally, Culver City is known for the yummy restaurant scene in Downtown Culver City. Also well known for the "Culver City Stairs" just a 5 minute jog from the condo.
