Absolutely gorgeous well maintained oasis right in the heart of Athens. Features mini zoo park (fish pond, turtles pond, farm animals, bird cages). There is a tiny cute library towards the end of the park as well as big playground&outdoor cafe.

Closest public beach within the City. Take any tram from Sintagma Square untill they reach seafront. Plenty cafes, local tavernas as well as beach chairs on the spot. Or simply throw the towel on the sand&enjoy your day. Just don't forget the sunblock)
