I took this photo on one of the many beach access points dotted along 30A. Just take a right out of the neighborhood, and you're on 30A, which has a paved walking/biking path the whole way!

Food scene
Great local spot for breakfast and donuts. Be prepared for it to get pretty crowded on weekends but that's because it's great. Diner-style breakfast (eggs and sides), coffee, and donuts.

Goatfeathers is a seafood restaurant a bit further down 30A than Stinky's or Elmo's, but might be worth the (still fairly short) trek if you love seafood. This is a favorite for locals and travelers alike.
