Excellent mediterranean coffee shop, off the beaten path, rarely crowded. Good for breakfast and they don't mind if you hang out for hours.

Yes there are two 1369 Coffeehouses (the other one is in Central Square). This is in Inman Square, a nice 10min walk from my place.
