Cliff top walks to Brandy Point. Ladram Bay. Sidmouth. Bring your walking boots and enjoy days out in the fresh Devon air. We have Wild Beaver that has been sighted in river Otter early evening dusk is best time to see them. 5 mins from cottage.

Exmouth has something for everyone. Shops restaurants boat trips and award winning fish and chip shop Krispies. The small marina with point bar is a nice setting. Or at the opposite end of the beach you can paddle in calm waters across mike's if sandy beach. Orcombe point rocks is best seen at low tide so you can walk around the Jurassic coast line. Have fun..

Recent guests caught some great Carp at this location. 10 min drive from our cottage. Recommended to fishing enthusiasts. Budleigh Salterton also a good choice for Sea Beach fishing for mackerel.
