Consistently named one of the Best restaurants in LA. It serves up amazing Italian. Make reservations or they do take early walk-ins. Try to get the 'pizza counter' seat.

Yes, it's in a shopping mall (3rd floor). But it is one of the best traditional sushi places around. Basically, no... chicken teriyaki, etc. Sit at the bar, and tell the chef to serve you the chef's choice. Be prepared for a bill of around $120 for 2.
