Boat or paddle out to Kipp island and see the eagle's nest or bring some fried chicken, chips and a drink and have a picnic on the island. The island is closed until July to give the eagles some privacy. Sunset is beautiful from the island. Be careful of reef on side nearest to lighthouse marina. Two picnic benches, 2 trash cans, and a small charcoal grill. Well shaded with 360 beautiful view of the surrounding area. Island access side is a low wake area, great for relaxing on floats.

Love going here with my family. Great place to hang, swim and barbecue, just clean up after yourself. Barbecues and picnic tables available. Lots of room to dock your boat. Great place for kids too.
