Through the droves and over the golf course walk, turn right oppositte Fee's food, John Bray and other shops, you then walk down over the golf course
Down Rock road, you can turn opposite nursery stores left, and then down through Penmayne and down through the fields to Porthilly beach, which lleads to Rock at lower tide
Walk down to Fee's food and cut left to Porthilly
Or continue down Rock road , past the Mariners
