Affordable and delicious coffee shop! Cafe Jumping Bean is in the nearby Pilsen neighborhood and a great place for some coffee and people watching. The Mollettes (refried beans, cheese, house made pico on delicious fresh bread) is delicious!

About a 10 minute drive east of the apartment you will find the Skylark tavern. Corner of Halsted and Cermak. Get the tots with the sauces. They have a Photobooth and Pinball machine. Cash only with an ATM inside.

CTA Trains are the quickest way to get around the city
CTA Trains help you get around and avoid traffic or rideshare surge pricing during busy times during the day. Park behind our building and walk to the train or park in front of the Pink Line train for free and then go downtown on the train. It is way cheaper than paying $40+ to park downtown.
