Beautiful Belgian restaurant. It used to be a bank, so you can enjoy a drink (and a cigar) in the bar situated in the vault room downstairs. Super cool (and a bit expensive, but worth it).

Steak frites and moules. The true Bruxellois resto, very local. You can get horse steak, too. It's rather noisy and a bit chaotic, but that is part of the charm.
