For 40:- you can get an annual ticket to all of the city museums in Gothenburg, and this is one of them. It has an interesting history of the region. Take tram 5, 6, or 10 to Brunnsparken.

A beautiful park surrounding a pond where you can feed the ducks, go for a run, and a great starting point for a bike ride around Hisingsparken.

A wonderful viewpoint over the whole of Gothenburg, and an easy hike from the house.
