Apsley is a lovely small town and is 10 minutes away. It has all the essentials: Sayers Grocery, Liquor Store, Pharmacy, Library, Ice Cream Shoppe, Home Hardware, many Gift Shoppes, and a convenience store.

Here are some items that you will need during your stay:
-Bug spray, sunscreen, toiletries, shampoo etc. Please use biodegradable soaps and shampoos. We always have some on had too.
-Paper towel and toilet paper
-Groceries and Drinking water
-Bath and beach towels
-Life jackets to fit your children – we have plenty available, but it’s important your kids have a proper fit.
-Clothes – it’s always good to have cozy warm clothes for the evening, bathing suits, hats, water shoes make it easier to walk on the rocks.
-Water toys for the kids

1.401 East
2.Merge onto 115 North
3.Turn Right/East on Trans Canada Hwy 7.
4.Left on ON-28 N at the Coffee Time.
5.Turn right on Burleigh St/ Country Rd 504 (Sings for Burleigh St/Apsley)
6.Stay on Burleigh St/504 through the small town of Apsley and then it turns into Country Rd 620
7.After Everetts Rd slow down and make next Left on Clydesdale Rd
8.Turn Left on Tallon Lake Rd
9.Turn Left on Scott Settlement Rd # 81 With the Red Mail box.

Firewood
Let us know if you would like to order firewood. It takes many labourous man hours to cut, split and stack firewood. Not all the wood on the property is seasoned to burn. $20 for a wheel barrel full. Please do not bring firewood from other areas, pests and diseases spread that way. Thank you!

Cleaning before Check-Out Required
Our Cottage is squeaky clean and neat as a pin. We personally scrub and polish everything for your stay. As you have enjoyed a clean and tidy cottage for your stay, we appreciate your attention to detail by leaving the cottage as good as you found it. Thank you kindly! All Cleaning supplies are provided. A check-list will be as the Cottage.
