Beautiful larger beach very close to home. Patrolled on North end in summer only. This is a great private beach with less crowds and is a local favourite for surfers.

Go to the boat ramp and enjoy the crystal clear calm waters at the mouth of the Minnamurra river. Great for fishing, water sports and kids and babies. This is a local secret spot.

Sightseeing
Go to the lookout for views right to Port Kembla ! Beautiful rural and ocean views with crisp clean air. Scenic walking tracks up there too but be aware that the hills are steep.
Historic Kiama blowhole is a must to see when your in town. The unique blow hole through the headland rocks allows water to pass through propelling water through the air. If there is big swell it is great to watch.
