The chef/ owner locally sources all of her ingredients, focusing on organic and pesticide/ chemical free produce. Try the asparagus, the clams with corn and the beef salad. Do yourself a favor and eat well at Cau Ba Quan.

Tips: make sure you have return tickets as sometimes it’s sold out then you have to take a taxi back which is very expensive

Housed in a grand colonial-era mansion, Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum holds an impressive collection of art from Vietnam and beyond. Paintings (on silk and in oils), sculpture, ceramics and lacquerware all feature. You can view contemporary works by some of Vietnam’s most important artists, as well as historical pieces, some dating from as far back as the fourth century. Cham art from the seventh to the 14th centuries is also on display. The yellow and white mansion is a work of art in itself; built in the early 1930s, its captivating details include stained-glass windows, marble floors and lofty ceilings.

This was an excellent show that depicts Vietnamese life in a most original. Highly recommend this show. Only an hour long and very energetic.
