It is a nice restaurant on the water where you can eat inside or outside where the wind blows through your hair. The views of the water are outstanding, and at sunset the views are truly unreal. This is not an "inexpensive" place to eat, but it is worth every penny.

Great spot in St. Armand circle. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant has a beautiful open concept layout with a great seating on the patio. It’s nice that they offer both tables and some bench seating in front of a fire pit

Emerson offers shaded paths, it is a beautiful preserve for walking , we see other fishing on hanging out at the small beach area. It is pet friendly and somewhat bike friendly.. Also, this park has relics of Native Americans as well as early settlers. There is a wooden walkway that goes up to several mounds. The walkway is designed for wheelchair. I believe the ramp might be too steep for some. The park is free, and is maintained by Manatee County and state of Florida.
