The calm area is a perfect place as an contrast to the buisy citycenter. It has café and a restaurant. And pingvins seals, dear, and eaven elks on top of the park. My guest who like running love this place.

If you like walking and want to experience forest and not just parks this is a close alternative.
Just walk Övre Husargatan up towards linneplatsen and the straight forward Until you reach botanical garden. Walk in the park up to the japanice garden Until the garden stops with a gate. You open it and - wow you reach the forest and some parts is the arboretum. A great Wiew point is also here as you can se from the pictures.

You open it and - wow you reach the forest and some parts is the arboretum. A great Wiew point is also here as you can se from the pictures.
If you like amusement park and rolercoaster this is the place for you. I like it in the wintertime then they put millions of lamps in the trees and light up the dark winter.
